為提高自身的業務水平，本學期我積極參加各級各類組織的教研活動。9月份參加了縣上組織的新課程培訓，收益匪淺。同時，我還積極參加學校組織的各類教研活動，聽課節數達20餘節。我自己也執教了一節講讀課教學的研究課。為提高自身的業務水平，我還經常閱讀一些教學書籍，作記錄，收集最新的教學信息，獲得最新的教學理念，以彌補自身的不足。
總之，本學期以來，我盡心盡力做好自己的教學工作，不斷嚴格要求自己，努力汲取他人的長處，不斷更新自己的教學理念，並運用到自己的教學的實踐中，使每一節課都能取得良好的教學效果，使每一位學生都能真正提高自己的語文素養。
由於自身的能力有限，教學的經驗的不足，本學期在教學中還存在著不少的問題，主要有：
1、個別學生的不良的學習習慣還有待進一步引導改正。本班學生生性活潑好動，其中有一些學生在習慣方面存在著的問題--寫字習慣很差，寫字姿勢不正確，不能自覺地完成作業，還有個別學生字跡潦草。還有的學生作業不能按時上交。或遇到難題沒有堅強的意志，不會主動克服解決。
