The bike seemed too heavy and difficult to control. Worse still, I took many falls off the bike. I was about to give up when my father came and encouraged me to keep going. With more practice, I did better and better. Looking back, I feel I wouldn't be able to ride a bike had I lost heart.ZXXK

I can well remember an incident that happened on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I was on my way to the bookstore and was waiting for the green light at a crossing when a girl of about ten was knocked down by a passing car, which drove off quickly. A man immediately rushed to the girl to give her first aid and I joined in without hesitation. Luckily she was not badly injured and we sent her to the nearest hospital. Compared with the escaped driver, I am proud of what I did.
As a member of the society, I am aware that being responsible is what it takes to make a better society.

My Magic Pen
pens are necessities for every student,so we are all familiar with them .
I will design my unique pen.On the one hand,it will be easy to carry.On
the other hand,it will not only be able to be used for writing ,but also have
many other important functions.
Firstly,I will put some batteries in the pen and fix a light bulb on it.When
it is dark,I can use it as a flashlight.Thus,I won't be afraid of darkness any
more.Secondly, I will fix a tiny clock in the pen,so that I can know the time
when I don't wear my watch.Last but not least,I will put a sharp knife on the
top of the pen, so that I can either use it for cutting things or even protecting
myself when I am in danger.
This is the pen that I will design .Isn't it useful and attractive?
