一 试卷基本情况：
这套试卷是一套综合型试卷，考核了学生考前所应达到的英语运用综合能力，考核的听力难度系数比较大，词汇方面考核了学生生容易掌握的词汇。总的来说，试卷涉及的知识面广，挖掘的考点比较深。卷面结构为：听力20分，阅读理解20分，口头表达15分，书面表达25分，词汇和句子20分。

三、试卷分析
1、从听力来看，若想把听力成为学生的“优势”得分题型，还需加强教与学。学生“短暂记忆”能力还不过硬，所以在听力最后语篇理解和理解填空失分较为严重。在平时的教学中多引导学生掌握听力过程中的关键词，培养短暂储存记忆能力，多听多练。
2、从阅读理解来看，基础好的同学做得还可以，证实了学生每天坚持做阅读是必不可少的。但中等生和后进生还有一段距离，平时还需在阅读方面加强训练。
3、从书面表达和口头表达看，难度比较大，学生得分率不到30%，这说明学生的基础知识不知道灵活运用，学得还不够扎实。词汇还比较缺乏。在平日教学中，让学生强化适当的综合练习后，及时体悟，死学活用。每天累计记忆知识点和单词要有日计划，并按照计划进行下去。
4、从翻译和作文来看，学生对短语、词汇、句式的掌握还未到综合能力。在平日教学中指导学生掌握翻译“三不曲”方法，是比死记硬背强得多，翻译和作文不是机械背出来的，而是靠理解和运用的，所以平日要加强训练。

四、 具体改进措施：
（1）听力教学应注重学生事实信息方面的听力训练，采用“精读、泛读”策略，培养学生的语篇意识，要求学生复述听到的内容或陈述所听到内容的中心思想，针对不同层次的学生应配有不同的听力教材。并要求学生落实好每单元的听力训练，鼓励他们平日里要反复听。
（2）词汇是最基础的教学环节。在情境中学习单词、利用联想来记忆同类单词，通过阅读等多形式的练习巩固单词，除统编和牛津教材以及新世纪，甚至四、六级部分词汇上的词汇外，还应积累更多的词汇。平均每天30—35个词汇的积累。
（3）．阅读理解训练中应培养学生的语篇意识、训练学生的阅读理解思维。要求学生坚持每天进行限时限量的阅读训练，最好坚持每天3—4篇阅读，结合兴趣充分利用英语读物。另外学生坚持每天反复朗读课文、补充泛文等英语文章一篇，坚持培养语篇意识。
（4）．作文教学中可首先从“模仿”开始教学，向学生给出好的范文让学生学会模仿，或者是给出好的短语、句子；让作文写得好的学生在班上念出自己的作文，让其他的学生学习模仿。还可以让学生自己、相互改写自己写的作文。这些都是能很好提高学生英语写作水平的教学方法。同时，还要求学生读大量文章，培养语感。同时给出相应的内容让学生“有话可说，有内容可写”。
（5）翻译题型的训练要求每天5道题的训练培养学生的句子分析思维，积累必要的表达，指导学生不要机械记忆翻译题。

1.审题不清

如作文要求写一项最喜欢的课外活动，有些考生将作文的主题定位为“我最喜欢的活动”，偏离了“一项、课外活动”这一主题。依据作文的评分原则，若文章内容不切题，则不管语言如何规范、用词如何准确，都会被判为零分。

2.拼写错误

拼写是考生应该具备的最起码的基本功，但在考生的作文中却经常能发现很多拼写错误。有拼写错误的作文肯定会被酌情扣分，而且有大量拼写错误存在的作文不仅体现出语言基本功差，同时也直接影响内容的表达，通常会降低作文的档次。

3.名词单复数问题

4.缺少动词

在汉语中没有动词的句子是允许的，但英语中每个完整的句子都必须有动词来构成，如：“我累了。”这个句子没有动词作谓语，而用形容词，但英语形容词不能作谓语，一定要写成：i'm tired

5.缺少介词、冠词等

还有一些考生因为没有熟练掌握介词或者冠词的用法，不了解中英文语言习惯的不同，也会出现明显的错误，造成丢分现象。

6.代词的误用

英语中代词的形式很多，包括主格、宾格、物主代词、反身代词等。而汉语中没有主格和宾格、形容词性物主代词和名次性物主代词之分;此外汉语中很多时候不用物主代词，而英语中物主代词是不可省略的，代词的误用是考生最容易发生的错误。

7.句子不完整

有的考生因为对句子结构认识模糊，所以出现只写半句的现象，这也是造成失分的原因之一。

命制一份合适的试卷，是很不容易的。依我看，命题可见命题者的真正功力。不会独立命题，其实是教师水平与能力的缺陷。一般来说，命题大都经历三部曲：拿来、模仿、创造。先是从众多的试卷中，筛选自以为满意的部分试卷，用于日常练习与考试中。这样做，最大的弊端是它未必与自己教学要求以及学生实际情况吻合；其次，把若干他们试卷中的试题按照自己的需要重新整合，拼凑成一份试卷。这样做省时省力，目前较为普遍存在。其缺点是教师无法按照自己的个性化要求去有针对性地测试学生。最后，就是自己独立命制试卷。这有风险与困难，却是需要教师们尽力追求的。
好的试卷应该符合以下几个基本条件：

命题必须依据新课程标准提出的教学目标，按照教学要求依据教材提供的材料和能力培养进行命题，即我们平常讲的不超纲。这样就可以通过考试强化教与学双方追求教学目标和培养目标的意识，强化教学目标得到具体落实。按照课程标准以及中考纲要、考试说明等，依照不同考试种类命制试卷。

符合教学实际
命题要从教学水平的实际出发，一是考试内容的确定要科学，严格按照学科特点、知识体系、学生的年龄和心理、生理等特点确定命题内容。二是试卷的编排要科学，本着由浅到深、由易到难的命题梯度、由单项到综合的顺序编排，使应试者在答题时能较好地发挥。这些可以参考期末考试、中考试卷，因为它们是最为规范的。

客观、全面、准确
命题的依据要客观，是依据教学目标的规定，而不凭主观意志确定。命题的标准要客观，难度符合考试的目的和教学要求，符合学生的学业水平，达到学生巩固及理解及训练的程度。试题内容要根据学段教学内容，全面检查上课学过的重难点、考点知识，更要体现“能力立意”。
独立、简明、新颖
一份试卷中，各试题内容彼此独立，不能出现有答案暗示或引导答案线索的问题。在试题文字表述上，要力求简明，寓意明确，用词准确，解答要求清楚具体，使学生在解题过程中明白答题思路，从哪几个方面去思考，答案用什么形式表述。试题所提问题的方式、设置解题任务的情景要新颖，不落俗套；试题的形式要多样，但活而不怪，多而有序，是非清楚。试题的正确答案要有定论，涉及内容不应有争议。可以设计开放性试题，鼓励学生言之有理即可得分。这样符合新课程提倡的开放性、可选择性的原则。
耐心、细致、勤奋
命题工作是一份耐心细致的工作。很多老师命题大多是根据教学参考书、教学辅导资料或外地一些试卷结合教材考试范围组合或改编而成，可以说这份题是有训练价值的。而只依靠考试大纲独立命制试卷，那更是需要有丰富的教学经验、深厚的教学功底，认真钻研教纲教材，对命题技巧与考试测量理论有较为深刻的了解。多模仿，多请教高人，逐渐理解命题的诀窍，这一切除了悟性之外，还要具备耐心、细致、勤奋。
难度和区分度适度
难度是指正确答案的比例或百分比。这个统计量称为试题的难度。难度一般用字母p表示，p越大表示试题越简单，p越小表示试题越难。试题要有梯度，因此各试题的难度应有不同，这是命制试题时要加以特别考虑的。一般认为，试题的难度在03－07之间比较合适，整份试卷的平均难度最好掌握在05左右，高于07和低于03的试题不能太多。按总校要求，再结合我校学生实际水平，初三要求难度是为06—07，初二难度为065—075，初一难度为07—08， 难度的计算公式：p=平均分满分值 。
区分度是指试题对被试者情况的分辨能力的大小。值越大区分度越好。试题的区分度在04以上表明此题的区分度很好，02～039表明此题的区分度较好，低于02表明此题的区分度不太好需修改，019以下表明此题的区分度不好应淘汰。
