1.南外的外语加试分为两部分——笔试与口试，其中，以08年的笔试来看，
它占分100分，而口试占分20分，初中英语以前是用新视野的,从1学到3,4仅学习前面4到5课。(在外文书店有卖),还有牛津英语(南京市统一的),还有一半全国外国语学校合出的英语阅读训练（其中，南京外国语学校的校长董正璟为阅读教程的主编）与综合英语教程(这个外面买不到，难度大于牛津),现在新视野不用了,用剑桥中级英语.
高中英语用新概念2,3, 牛津(市统一的),还有Active Reading1,2(积极英语阅读教程), 积极英语听说教程2,3
上个星期高二统一买了...要统一学...
至于怎样考试，由于我本人是从初中上来的，因此同样是外语加试，据说与市招40人的外语加试难度相比，还是略逊一筹，因此如果你想在中考冲刺南外，必须
有较扎实的英语基础，上述的书，尤其是高中用的新概念2，一定要学好。二比十的考试题型，还是类似正规的英文考试，包括听力，单选，完形填空，阅读理解（第一卷部分）还有选词填空（正确形式），完成句子，作文。（可能会有诸如听写等项目）至于口试方面，当时我们老师给了一张有75个话题的试卷（譬如说有关于交通阻塞的解决方法，许多话题取材于牛津的课文的衍生,尤其是正文部分）因此，你可以精读一下牛津的课文，做一些思考（尤其是用笔写下来自己的想法，越多越好）这样临场有一个印象，而另一方面，考官会考临场的阅读理解，这就无法准备了，只能靠基础（当然，多数阅读还是蛮简单的。）
问题二：对于本校的学生，并不存在这样的问题，专心准备考试就可以了，但是对于其他学校的同学一般在初三下学期后就要做好准备了，08届的其他学校招生应在5月进行，5月中旬考试（当时考生是在一模考试后凭借一模成绩条决定是否具备考试资格，因此一模成绩尤为关键。）
问题三：南京外国语学校08届对外招生40人，其中15人后来考入了实验班（汗！）
问题四：这个难以确定，但依据往年经验，外语加试一般形式不变，但决不能轻视语法，虚拟语态等难点显然都会考到（08年就考了！）所谓的词汇难度不过是针对牛津而言的。
问题五：南京外国语学校其实非常好考，以外语加试总分108计算（相当于百分制的90分），实际上你只要能在中考中过一中的分数线（664）就可以了，而南师附中与金陵中学分数线都在这以上10分左右。（本年度南外统招线759分，扩招754）而南师金中长于理科，这令南外人汗颜（实验班除外），而南师相对更平均，金中在理科竞赛于发明制作上实力不凡，但南外在外语方面一枝独秀，还有小语种（可惜外面学校进来的一般不能报了。）像我初中时同桌（韩国人）竟然学过中，韩，日，英。法，德六国语言。出国留学和保送人数全省第一。
P.S:想进南外，外语还是根本，如果你能通过外语加试，成为40名幸运儿中的一名，由顺利通过了中考。那么，再有理科特长的情况下，可以冲刺理科班（外面学校学生进理科班的人数非常多）此外，若进入南外高中，高一不可放松，这样到高三九不用高考了。
