一转眼，半个学期过去了。回顾这过去的半个学期，有喜有忧，现总结如下：

第二，改进了学习方法。为了改进学习方法，我给自己订了一个学习计划：（1）做好课前预习。也就是要挤出时间，把老师还没有讲过的内容先看一遍。尤其是语文课，要先把生字认会，把课文读熟；对课文要能分清层次，说出段意，正确理解课文内容。（2）上课要积极发言。对于没有听懂的问题，要敢于举手提问。（3）每天的家庭作业，做完后先让家长检查一遍，把做错了的和不会做的，让家长讲一讲，把以前做错了的题目，经常拿出来看一看，复习复习。（4）要多读一些课外书。每天中午吃完饭，看半个小时课外书；每天晚上做完作业，只要有时间，再看几篇作文。

为提高自身的业务水平，本学期我积极参加各级各类组织的教研活动。9月份参加了县上组织的新课程培训，收益匪浅。同时，我还积极参加学校组织的各类教研活动，听课节数达20余节。我自己也执教了一节讲读课教学的研究课。为提高自身的业务水平，我还经常阅读一些教学书籍，作记录，收集最新的教学信息，获得最新的教学理念，以弥补自身的不足。
总之，本学期以来，我尽心尽力做好自己的教学工作，不断严格要求自己，努力汲取他人的长处，不断更新自己的教学理念，并运用到自己的教学的实践中，使每一节课都能取得良好的教学效果，使每一位学生都能真正提高自己的语文素养。
由于自身的能力有限，教学的经验的不足，本学期在教学中还存在着不少的问题，主要有：
1、个别学生的不良的学习习惯还有待进一步引导改正。本班学生生性活泼好动，其中有一些学生在习惯方面存在着的问题--写字习惯很差，写字姿势不正确，不能自觉地完成作业，还有个别学生字迹潦草。还有的学生作业不能按时上交。或遇到难题没有坚强的意志，不会主动克服解决。
