因为审题不仔细，做题没有看清，粗心马虎等原因造成，这次英语考试没有考好，只考了84分，我感到很抱歉，辜负了老师家长的殷切希望，（中间加入你考试时怎样的做题，怎样不仔细，等等加入修饰语）我以后考试一定会仔细做题目，认真对待每一题，我会更加努力地学习，争取在以后的考试中取得优异的成绩！（下决心表态并在实际行动中付出努力，成绩会好的。
